"Shipping can sneak up, but I’d still shop here again"
I found a bunch of really cute kids’ clothes on Kidizen, and checkout was simple. My only little hang-up is the shipping. When stuff is coming from different sellers, my brain does that quick “is this still a good deal?” math, and the total can start to feel a bit high.
That said, most sellers shipped quickly, and I did like that I could see the cost before I paid, so there weren’t any surprises. I’ll definitely keep using it, but next time I’ll probably try to bundle more from the same seller so it feels more worth it.

Mine showed up in poor condition, and I can see other customers being disappointed too if theirs arrives the same way. It just didn’t feel like the quality or care I expected

Overall, I’ve found the app easy to use and straightforward. Just a heads up for anyone new: the website does load slowly sometimes, so I’d recommend using the app when you can. It’s been the smoother option for me

My experience has been a bit mixed tbh. Some sellers are totally fine and easy to work with, but every now and then you get buyers who feel kinda sketchy or just off. So yeah, it really depnds on who you get

I tried to return a jacket from kidizen because it didn’t fit, and I don’t know why it turned into such a hassle. The refund took way longer than expected, and support kept giving me the same canned responses instead of actually helping. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be using them again

I’ve had quicker responses from other places before, so I was a bit surprised that it took a while to hear back. The reply did come eventually, but the wait was longer than I would’ve liked.

Kidizen has been okay for selling my kids’ clothes, and to be fair, the payouts do show up eventually. Not exactly lightning speed, but hey, who doesn’t love a little suspense with their money?
The fees and shipping costs can really add up, though, especially on smaller items. Sometimes it feels like I’m listing a tiny shirt just for the privilege of earning pocket change. It’s still useful, but I really wish the payout breakdown was easier to understand.

I ended up waiting over two weeks for my order to arrive, which felt unreasonable. For what I paid, I expected the shipping to be a lot faster.

"Not really as described"
I bought a shirt that was listed as being in excellent condition, but when it showed up, it had stains and looked way more worn than the photos made it seem. the description felt misleading.

I’ve been noticing there just doesn’t seem to be as much variety lately. Reading between the lines, it feels like the options have been scaled back a bit, because I keep seeing the same things and not much new to choose from.

"Communication with the seller wasn’t great"
The app itself is fine, I guess. My main issue was the seller barely responded, so I kept having to check in for updates. Sometimes it took days to hear anything back, which got annoying after a while. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but still… when you’re waiting and no one really replies, it just makes the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needs to.
